Malu Banna Watersports – DMC Information Guide

1. Overview

Malu Banna Watersports offers premium M.I.C.E. packages for Destination Management Companies (DMCs). Our riverside venue combines adventure, hospitality, and cultural immersion, ensuring unforgettable experiences for incentive groups and corporate events up to 500 pax. Larger groups by arrangement.

2. DMC Registration Requirement

– All DMCs must register with Malu Banna Watersports before booking packages. 

– Registration requires submission of company certificates and official documents for verification. 

– Only registered DMCs are eligible for group packages, promotions, and partnership benefits. 

3. Guest Safety & Guidelines

– Mandatory: All guests must wear safety buoyancy jackets throughout every ride. 

– Guests should not wear footwear, loose jewellery, hats, or any items that may fall into the river. Lost items are the guest’s responsibility. 

– Professional Supervision: All rides are operated by trained instructors with full safety briefings

– Guests must follow instructions by our staff at all times.

4. “3in1” Water Rides (Jet Ski, Banana, Sofa)

Jet Ski Ride

– Capacity: 1 guest + instructor. 

– Experience: An exhilarating journey up the Bentota River, with the instructor showcasing the jet ski’s power and manoeuvring ability

Bouncing Banana Ride

– Capacity: Up to 10 guests — Sri Lanka’s largest banana boat, very stable.

Speeding Sofa Ride
