Four deluxe rooms front facing and enjoying river and ocean views. They have large TV and medium sized refrigerators.

The 2 standard deluxe rooms on the side of building have river and garden views. They are well appointed and very comfortable, with the same style spacious bathrooms.

Superior deluxe rooms

Two superior deluxe rooms are on the upper penthouse level – having large balconies overlooking the famous Bentota River. These rooms have views overlooking the Bentota Peninsular and right to the world renown Bentota Beach. This is indeed the ideal location to watch the Ocean Sunset and enjoy some personal time relaxing with a sunset cocktail from room service whilst observing the world and river activities.

There are two deluxe rooms on the second floor, having river good views of the river activities and are wonderful for observing our spectacular Sri Lankan sunsets.

Standard deluxe side rooms

These rooms are on the bridge side of the building and have tree top views of surrounding gardens and buildings. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the coming and going of people passing over the famous Bentota Bridge and river traffic passing under the bridge. These rooms also enjoy sunrise and views of the Bentota Udakotuwa Temple through the trees.

All rooms are ensuite with hot and cold running water.

All rooms have four poster beds with integral mosquito nets for your comfort and piece of mind.
