Travel and Situation Update: Bentota & Malu Banna Watersports Hotel
Dear Friends and Visitors,
We are delighted to assure you that Bentota and the southern coastal areas of Sri Lanka are operating as normal and it is our high season. The major roads from Colombo and the airport to the south are clear, traffic is flowing smoothly, and travel to Bentota remains easy and enjoyable.
While some roads in the northern and mountain regions of Sri Lanka are experiencing disruptions, the southern region is fully accessible. Guests can continue to fully enjoy the sunshine, beaches, and rivers without interruption.
At Malu Banna Watersports Hotel, our operations have been completely unaffected by the recent flooding. In fact, we have been actively supporting affected communities by sending food parcels to those in need.
Throughout this period, our guests have continued to enjoy unforgettable experiences on the Bentota River, with warm sunshine, beautiful scenery, and thrilling watersports adventures.
To see for yourself how vibrant and welcoming Bentota is and has been, we invite you to check, like, and subscribe to our social media channels: @malubannawatersports.
We look forward to welcoming you soon to the paradise of Down South Sri Lanka.
Warm regards,
The Malu Banna Watersports Team
