At a Malu Banna Watersports, Bentota, Sri Lanka, we were honoured to have a visit from Simon Paul and his children who had a couple of nights with us. Three very active days snorkelling. Jetskis and inflatable sofa rides alng with lots of conversation and lots and lots and lots of pots of tea. Because when Englishmen meet with other Englishmen, we have to drink lots tea and chin-wag.

To have a top youtube celebrity chef stay with us and compliment the Malu Banna kitchen was in itself amazing, especially as its only after eating the food did he mention who he was – a very pleasant and humble gentleman indeed.
